ESACOL ED 15

Pseudoplastic thickener for waterborne paints Esacol ED 15 is a natural thickener for waterborne paints. From a chemical point of view, the product is a galactomannan derivative, characterized by a homogenous chemical modification (molar substitution; MS) of the polymer backbone. This makes the polymer more stable against microbial attack. Esacol ED 15 is a versatile thickener, characterized by a medium thickening efficiency; it is suitable for waterborne paints where a shear thinning profile and good water retention are required.
