DEOLINK METHACRYL TM 100

DEOLINK METHACRYL TM 100 is a colourless to light yellow, clear liquid activator for filler with an active substance of Methacryloxy-propyl- trimethoxysilane. DEOLINK METHACRYL TM 100 reacts with polyesters, polyurethanes and acrylic resins by condensing the trimethoxy-silyl-group with the hydroxyl groups / other reactive groups of various substrates and links them to the polymer. DEOLINK METHACRYL TM 100 improves the mechanical properties of polyester-composites that contain inorganic filler by working as a bonding agent. It can also be used to cross-link polyethylene with suitable co-additives. DEOLINK METHACRYL TM 100 enhances the adhesion, durability and strength of coatings and sealants by acting as a copolymer with acrylic- or meth- acrylic monomers.
