ANTRANCINE L30-TBHQ CA is an easy-to-dose liquid formulation containing the antioxidant TBHQ (tertiary-butylhydroquinone) in propylene glycol with citric acid as a sequestering agent. It is highly effective for the protection of oils and fats against oxidative deterioration and helps extend shelf life in e.g. frying applications.
