AT 04673 LD

AT 04673 LD is an amine free migrating antistatic agent used in the production of articles made of polyethylene. It contains an antistatic agent which adsorbs air humidity to form an electrostatic dissipative layer on the polymer surface. AT 04673 LD provides fast and sustained antistatic effect which is suitable for packaging of electronic components. It remains effective even at low levels of relative humidity. AT 04673 LD allows Typical CDT of 8 sec. at 40 um PE-LD film containing 4.0% of it, practically providing good discharge time. The antistatic effect is normally direct existing after extrusion. AT 04673 LD can benefit advanced material industries that require fast dissipation of static charges during production and packaging of electronic components to prevent damage.
