TOCOMIX

The Tocomix range from Jan Dekker offers natural tocopherols, obtained from plants, as well as high purity, synthetic tocopherols. Tocopherols are the natural antioxidants found in plants that defend the plant against oxidation and protect against rancidity. The Tocomix range contains high efficacy, naturally mixed, non-GMO tocopherols that have been blended with sunflower oil for easy dosing and incorporation into the oil/fat phase of your recipe. An organic food compatible grade is also available. As well as being natural, these tocopherols are derived from a by-product of the food industry and a good example of upcycling. Suitable for a wide range of applications, the highly effective antioxidants in the Tocomix range offer a nature-based solution for protection from oxidation.
