ROKOGEL® 37900 is a free-flowing powder, off light brown colour, based on pure carrageenan. Carrageenan is a natural polysaccharide, extracted from various types of red seaweed (Rhodophyceae). ROKOGEL® 37900 is a food additive used as a thickener and stabilizer agent.
