DESMODUR HL BA

DESMODUR HL BA is an aromatic/aliphatic polyisocyanate based on toluylene diisocyanate/ hexamethylene diisocyanate. It can be used in combination with various Desmophen® grades or other suitable substances containing hydroxyl groups to formulate clear or pigmented, two-component polyurethane coatings characterized by rapid drying and good lightfastness. DESMODUR HL BA offers rapid initial drying and early sandability which is particularly advantageous when formulating industrial coatings. With just a few coats, it can easily achieve high-bodied clear or pigmented finishes suitable for industrial coating applications. Its good compatibility with solvents also allows formulating coatings with different properties to meet the needs of various industrial sectors.
