DEOVULC CTP PVI

DEOVULC CTP-PVI is an antiscorching agent used in the Advanced Materials industry. DEOVULC CTP-PVI retards scorching of materials like NR, SBR, BR, NBR, IIR and EPDM and thereby prolongs flow time and storage stability. Slightly scorched Advanced Materials can be brought back to processibility by DEOVULC CTP-PVI. DEOVULC CTP-PVI is added together with the accelarators in the last mixing step, usually in combination with sulphenamides, but thiurames and guanidines can also be used. This helps improve the scorch safety and processing stability of Advanced Materials.
