ELTESOL TA 65/V

ELTESOL TA 65/V is a solution of toluenesulfonic acid catalyst primarily used in cold setting systems for phenol and furane resins in the production of sand cores and moulds. ELTESOL TA 65/V is a clear brown liquid with typically 1.25 g/cm3 density and <50 cP viscosity. It has typically >64.5% total acidity and <-5°C set point. ELTESOL TA 65/V is chemically stable for at least 24 months and is highly acidic, providing resistance to microbial contamination without additional preservatives. Being a strong acid catalyst for resins, ELTESOL TA 65/V helps enable efficient and effective production of molds and cores for various applications in relevant industries.
