X BLEND CHEDDAR is a kosher and halal certified natural cheese flavour enhancer prepared from cultured and enzyme modified cheese solids blended with whey and buttermilk solids. Potential uses: where cheddar cheese flavour is desired. Perfect for seasonings, snack foods, soups, side dishes, sauces, dry packaged products and frozen foods. Usage level: 0.50 - 4.0% of total batch weight.
