TRANSLINK 77

TRANSLINK 77 is an ultra-fine particle calcined kaolin powder that features high brightness levels of 91%. It has undergone a dehydroxylation process through controlled heat treatment to remove crystalline-bound hydroxyl groups and improve its brightness. TRANSLINK 77 has also been surface treated with a vinyl functional additive for better dispersion. As a premium-performance reinforcing extender, TRANSLINK 77 is designed to reduce water transmission in cross-linked polymer systems. It provides excellent initial and aged electrical properties when used in electrical applications. TRANSLINK 77 is recommended for use with peroxide cure systems. Due to its high brightness and surface treatment, TRANSLINK 77 improves properties like mechanical strength, thermal resistance and insulation for advanced material components requiring such characteristics.
