EXCELLENZ® P 1250 is a premium alkaline protease for use in granular, automatic dishwashing products. It is specifically developed for enhanced removal of tough soils such as egg and meat residues on dishes. EXCELLENZ® P 1250 hydrolyze the peptide bonds in these soils, cutting the protein into soluble peptides and amino acid fragments. These reaction products are then removed by the wash liquor.
