ESTANE 58300 NAT 036 is an aromatic polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane that provides excellent durability and flexibility. It has a tensile strength of 32 MPa and ultimate elongation of 670% making it well-suited for applications requiring high elongation. ESTANE 58300 NAT 036 also offers abrasion resistance of 34 mm3 and a Vicat softening point of 65°C, allowing it to withstand wear and tear. These properties make ESTANE 58300 NAT 036 an ideal material for products that undergo repetitive flexing and abrasion. Its low hardness of 82 Shore A and specific gravity of 1.10 g/cm3 also provide benefits of lightweight and flexibility. ESTANE 58300 NAT 036 can be easily processed via extrusion and is suitable for applications requiring durability, flexibility and abrasion resistance.
