AB 06019 PPR

AB 06019 PPR is a polypropylene-based antiblock masterbatch primarily used in skin layers of co-extruded heat-sealable films made for packaging applications. Containing 5% synthetic silica in PP-random copolymer, AB 06019 PPR creates a micro roughness on film surfaces to prevent blocking during winding and unwinding of reels. This provides improved processing for high-performance materials by avoiding surface adhesion issues. AB 06019 PPR delivers best-in-class antiblock performance and good transparency for clear high-clarity films. Suitable for cast and BOPP films, it supports optimized material throughput.
