TONSIL SUPREME 112 FF

TONSIL SUPREME 112 FF is a highly active bleaching earth used in the food industry. It is manufactured by acid activation of calcium bentonite. TONSIL SUPREME 112 FF is a fine, bright-yellow powder showing a highly porous inner structure and a multitude of acid sites upon its surface. TONSIL SUPREME 112 FF is very suitable for the removal of polar compounds like chlorophyll, carotinoids, phospholipids and peroxides, via chemisorption and acid catalysis. TONSIL SUPREME 112 FF shows excellent filtration performance as so-called "FF"-grade (FF = fast filtration). The filtration time averages between 40 and 70 seconds. TONSIL SUPREME 112 FF is well suited for refining and finishing various food products, moreover for reprocessing numerous types of food ingredients.
