Whistleblowing Reporting

IMCD GROUP and its subsidiaries provide the possibility, in compliance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937, to employees, shareholders, company personnel, third parties who collaborate with the company (such as freelancers and consultants), to report, also in the form anonymous, unlawful conduct and/or violations, through an online platform that allows you to substantiate the report in a concrete way.

For this reason, IMCD ITALIA has set up ad hoc internal channels to receive reports of violations of internal or external regulations, to guarantee fairness and transparency in the conduct of business and activities and to protect the company's position and image, which may cause damage or harm to the company, such as fraud, a generic risk or a potentially dangerous situation, while also guaranteeing compliance with the regulatory provisions set forth in Italian Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023 on whistleblowing and concerning "Implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and on provisions regarding the protection of persons who report breaches of national laws, as well as the guidance provided by the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC).

The portal for 'whistleblowing' is the web tool set up specifically for reports, in written and oral form, of the said critical situations for IMCD Group companies and ensures an effective and unambiguous access point with dedicated channels of the IMCD Group companies to which a report is to be addressed.

EXTERNAL CHANNEL

Whistleblowers must give preference to the internal reporting channels established by the company.

The Legislative Decree 24/2023, in the cases and subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions expressly established by art 6. of the same decree, states that the whistleblower may address the reporting of only the violation envisaged by the Legislative Decree 24/2023 to the external channel set up and managed by the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) and available on the ANAC institutional website.
