SOLBIN A is a thermoplastic resin consisting of polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl alcohol, and polyvinyl acetate. Films made from SOLBIN A are tasteless, odorless, and resistant to alkalis, mineral acids, alcohol, oil, and aliphatic hydrocarbons at room temperature. It boasts high water resistance with low moisture permeability and water absorption, along with superior mechanical properties like anti-abrasion, flexibility, and non-tackiness. Additionally, SOLBIN A provides stable dispersibility for pigments and magnetic powders in paints and dried layers, even at high packing densities, and is compatible with various resins such as polyurethane, epoxy, NBR, and isocyanate, offering a wide array of coating formulations. This makes it particularly suitable for coating and gravure printing ink applications, enhancing gloss for decorative effects and providing waterproof protection in the paper and textile coating industries.
