RELEASE AGENT MIKON 705 MC

Release Agent Mikon® 705 MC is an easy to use, semi-permanent mould release agent for composites processing that provides excellent lubrication, rendering the product the release agent of choice when highly complex moulds with various undercuts are being used. Post processing, such as gluing or vanishing, can be done without further treatments, since there is no transfer of Release Agent Mikon® 705 MC to the moulded parts. Release Agent Mikon® 705 MC creates a high gloss surface finish and minimizes build-up in the mould. The product is temperature-stable up to 450°C (842°F) and can be applied in the temperature range 10–80°C (50–178°F), allowing for touch-up coatings on hot moulds.
