PA 00804 LD

PA 00804 LD is a processing aid masterbatch used in the production of films for industrial and packaging applications. PA 00804 LD contains 2% processing aid additive that eliminates melt fracture, particularly for LLDPE and m-LLDPE resins. It reduces or eliminates die build-up and lowers melt pressure which are common issues faced during extrusion of advanced materials. PA 00804 LD shows excellent results when used with advanced material films processed up to 230°C and when combined with other additives like titanium dioxide, antiblocking agents or mineral fillers. The product PA 00804 LD effectively cleans equipment and its use results in initial discolouration and surface marks that stop within a few hours. It is especially suitable for blown film processes in the advanced materials industry.
