It is specificallydeveloped for enhanced removal of tough soils such as eggand meat residues on dishes.EXCELLENZ® P 2250 TDF hydrolyze the peptide bonds inthese soils, cutting the protein into soluble peptides and aminoacid fragments. These reaction products are then removed bythe wash liquor.
