DISPERGUM L

DISPERGUM L is a zinc soap processing aid which acts as a lubricant and dispersing agent for Advanced Materials. As a mild peptizing agent, DISPERGUM L facilitates mixing and processing of Advanced Materials, saving energy by enabling cooler mixing processes and lower viscosities. DISPERGUM L improves the dispersion of fillers and other ingredients in Advanced Materials formulations. When used as a processing aid at dosages between 2-5 phr, DISPERGUM L shows a reducing effect on viscosity which allows for easier manufacturing of Advanced Materials through processes like extrusion of sections, injection molding and transfer molding. The enhanced dispersion properties of DISPERGUM L provide benefits in final Advanced Materials products by promoting more uniform material characteristics and performance.
