BITRIT-1 TYPE A

BITRIT-1 TYPE A is a homogeneous powder containing d-Biotin in a carrier of Dicalcium Phosphate Anhydrous. Each gram contains not less than 10 mg of biotin. BITRIT-1 TYPE A eliminates the need for serial dilution procedures or the preparation of a triturate. BITRIT-1 TYPE A may be wet granulated or added dry with compressible excipients as it lends itself to direct compression formulations. BITRIT-1 TYPE A is beneficial for the pharmaceutical industry as it provides a stable source of d-Biotin which is an essential component of specific enzyme systems involved in the metabolism of fats and carbohydrates, as well as in other biochemical processes.
