DEOFLOW A (PELLETS) is a dispersing agent that improves the flow and extrusion properties of advanced materials without activating vulcanization. As a blend of fatty alcohols and fatty acid esters combined with lubricants, DEOFLOW A (PELLETS) has proved helpful in green advanced material compounds by dispersing fillers and allowing for easier processing. The beige pellets or flakes have a dropping point of 95-105°C and density of 0.9 g/cm3, making it suitable as a zinc and water free additive for advanced material formulations requiring improved flow properties during manufacturing processes.
