DAPRO FX 511

DAPRO FX 511 is a coalescing agent designed for dispersions, dispersion paints and plasters. It softens polymer particles enabling the formation of a continuous film. As a low odour liquid, it has negligible influence on the smell of coatings during application and drying. DAPRO FX 511 improves the resistance of normal and highly-loaded dispersion paints. It is soluble in white spirit and many other aliphatic and aromatic solvents. DAPRO FX 511 acts as a strong solvent and plasticizer for polymeric particles, allowing for easy application and good flow. It prevents cracking and facilitates coalescence of polymeric dispersions during drying. DAPRO FX 511 is suitable for industrial applications requiring enhanced plasticization and coalescence of polymeric dispersions.
