BELSIL PF 23

BELSIL® PF 23 is a phenyl-modified polydimethylsiloxane characterized by having a higher refractive index than dimethicone fluids (1.38-1.40). It offers significant improvements in regards to gloss and shine. And can be used in a multitude of applications, primarily hair care compositions due to its shine-enhancing benefits. But also sun care formulations to reduce the tackiness and stickiness of organic ingredients in formulations.
