AVANSTATIC-TPU.2-MB is a powerful antistatic agent, presented as a Masterbatch, ready to be used. Based on functionalized SiO2 with ionic conductors, AVANSTATIC-TPU.2-MB generates antistatic and ESD properties in TPU materials and it is suitable for colored formulations. It use a mixture of NBR and TPU as raw material and is formulated for injection and extrusion cheaper process. It can modify the mechanical characteristics of final products more than other grades. AVANSTATIC-TPU.2-MB enables adjusting performance levels depending on dosage, allowing the user to easily achieve a resistivity range suited for their advanced material application.
