IMCD Italy earns Gender Equality Certification
IMCD Italy has taken a significant step towards inclusion and sustainability: we are very proud to announce that we have obtained the Gender Equality Certification, awarded in compliance with UNI PdR 125:2022.
This certification, introduced as part of the initiatives outlined in Italy's National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), serves as a strategic tool to promote equality in Italian businesses. It highlights best practices in governance, human resource management and the protection of equal opportunities. For IMCD Italy, this milestone reflects years of dedication to building a fairer, more inclusive workplace that addresses the needs of all employees.
The three-day audit assessed IMCD Italy across six key areas, this included a thorough evaluation of our culture and strategy, governance practices, and HR processes. Additionally, the audit focused on growth opportunities and the inclusion of women within the organisation, as well as ensuring gender pay equity. The assessment also examined the support provided for parental responsibilities and work-life balance, offering a comprehensive view of our commitment to gender equality.
With a score of 88.25/100, well above the minimum threshold of 60, IMCD Italia has distinguished itself through its commitment to exceeding the required standards, demonstrating excellence in promoting diversity and inclusion.
The Gender Equality Certification is more than just formal recognition; it represents a tangible commitment to fostering a broader cultural shift. It aims to make companies fairer, more attractive workplaces for talent.
