ESTISURF M27 is a nonionic emulsifier package for production of emulsions with high stability and good water-washing properties. ESTISURF M27 is especially suitable for emulsifying polar substances like fatty acid esters, dibasic ester solvents, vegetable oils etc. However, the product may also be applied together with hydrocarbon solvents. Formulations based on ESTISURF M27 show a high water tolerance without separation of the emulsifier. ESTISURF M27 is particularly recommended for use in cleaners for the graphic arts industry e.g blanket & rollers washes, screen ink cleaners and UV ink cleaners. Products made with ESTISURF M27 show generally excellent emulsion stability. To obtain quick-separating emulsions ESTISURF CC01 is recommended.
