OPTIMASE® AA 210L is a liquid amylase enzyme product derived from the submerged fermentation of a Bacillus licheniformis strain which has been engineered for superior performance. The OPTIMASE® AA 210L enzyme also has enhanced physical compatibility in liquid detergent formulations.The OPTIMASE® AA 210L enzyme is intended for use in industrial applications including medical instrument cleaning, industrial laundry, industrial warewash, and membrane cleaning.
