Micro emulsion concentrate for production of industrial degreasing agents. The product is based on surfactants, fatty acid esters, wetting agents, alkaline components, and sequestering agents. Product is a non-flammable, water-based product with a low odor. It has a pH value in the low alkaline range and is a good alternative to solvent-based or strong alkaline cleaners. ESTISURF ME 279 MB is a very powerful degreasing concentrate for removal of oil, grease, corrosion protection agents and other hard-to-remove contaminants. ESTISURF ME 279 MB is applied in the cleaning of metal parts, machines, pumps & blending tanks, floors in industrial production areas, trucks, etc . Perfume, color and other additives may optionally be added to formulate the final product. The application temperature is room temperature or elevated temperature up to 50C. The foaming tendency is lowest at the high end of the temperature span.
