ESTISURF A7 is a non-ionic / anionic emulsifier package for production of semi-stable emulsions. It contains corrosion inhibitors for iron and yellow metals. Product shows good blending properties with hydrocarbon solvents and Fogra approved. It is developed for application in blanket and roller washes for the offset printing industry based on de-aromatized hydrocarbons. Cleaners made according to the guideline formulation form semi-stable emulsions that will separate over time. The emulsions have a low viscosity in all mixing ratios with water. A cleaner based on de-aromatized hydrocarbon and ESTISURF A7 has a low viscosity in all mixing ratios with water and does not swell the rubber materials used in the off-set printingprocess. Also compatible with CTP plates and can be flushed with water. Further it provides excellent corrosion protection for ferrous and yellow metals.
