Ester based on natural, saturated acids derived from coconut oil. ESTISOL 312shows good solvent and wetting properties. It has a high flash point and excellent environmental properties and is used in the formulation of sheetfed inks. Product is recommended as a component in industrial cleaning fluids such as degreasing agents, blanket and roller washes for off-set printing inks, automotive and hand-cleaners. ESTISOL 312 is an ideal replacement for traditional solvents, e.g. kerosene, SBP€s, alcohols, glycol ethers and glycol ether acetates. It is a main component in biodegradable penetration fluids and corrosion protection agents. It can be used as a lubricating agent in processing oils for Aluminium and other light metals.
