THINGUM® 100 is a thinboiling maize food starch, which is certified as non-GMO. It appears as a white fine powder with neutral odour and taste. This product is used in confections and provides low hot viscosity when cooked, soft gelled texture after cooling, and suitable stability when used in high-sugar products.
