Rapidase® Smart Clear is a kosher and halal certified enzyme preparation for food use containing polygalacturonase (pectinase) and pectin esterase(pectinase) derived from selected strains of Aspergillus niger. Activity PSS (/mg.g): > 4000 PG.U/g. It ensure optimal juice filtration and otstanding stability of clear concentrates (fruit juice depectinisation). Also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
