The resulting free flowing powder delivers extremely potent, yet well balanced flavour. Potential uses: Add buttermilk richness to dry mixes, ready meals, rolls, cookies, syrups and margarine. Enhance savory meat seasonings. Round out sharp notes in seasonings blends. Saves cost when replacing buttermilk. Usage level: 0.25 - 2.0% of total batch weight.
