LACTARIN® BV 10 is a Carrageenan based gelling agent composed of carrageenan (E407), dextrin, and dextrose (used as a standardizing agent). It is an off-white powder manufactured from red seaweeds. LACTARIN® BV 10 is designed for dry dairy beverage application LACTARIN® BV 10 provides a lower cost alternative to Lactarin BV 50, slightly lower viscosity and mouthfeel LACTARIN® BV 10 is GMO free, Halal and Kosher certified.
