JELUCEL® WF 90 is a dietary fibre concentrate obtained from the wheat plant. It is a fine, white powder with a neutral taste and a bulk density of approximately 200 g/l. It is added to various food products for dietary fibre enrichment, caloric value reduction, texture enhancement, and for its water binding capacity.
