JELUCEL® OF 75 is a dietary fiber concentrate obtained from oat spelt bran. It is a fine, white powder with a neutral taste and a bulk density of approximately 220 g/l. It is added to various food products for dietary fiber enrichment, caloric value reduction, texture enhancement, and for its water binding capacity.
