JELUCEL® OF 30 is a dietary fibre concentrate obtained from oat spelt bran. It is a fine, white powder with a neutral taste and a bulk density of approximately 235 g/l. Oat fibre is added to various food products for dietary fibre enrichment, caloric value reduction, texture enhancement, and for its water binding capacity.
