JELUCEL® BF 30 is a dietary fibre obtained from bamboo. It is a tasteless, white, fine powder with a bulk density of approximately 260 g/l. Bamboo fibre is added to various food products for dietary fibre enrichment, caloric value reduction, texture enhancement, and for its water binding capacity.
