It is made with raspberry juice and produced by vacuum drying. 1 kg powder is made from around 2.3 kg juice/pulp at 11 °Brix, obtained from around 3.6 kg fresh fruit. Composition: raspberry puree and juice; white sugar (sucrose); citric acid (E 330); and natural raspberry flavouring.
