GELCARIN® FF 38 is an alginate blend composed of sodium alginate (E401), calcium sulphate (E516), tetrasodium diphosphate (E450), and sugar (used as standardizing agent). It is an off-white powder manufactured from brown seaweeds. GELCARIN® FF 38 is designed for non-dairy desserts, fruit preparations, glazing's and fillings, confectionery, bars, and processed meat. Specially for Bakery filling creams. Creamy texture with slow setting speed. Medium viscosity with heavy body/mouthfeel. Good bake stability and good freeze thaw stability.. GELCARIN® FF 38 provides gelling, texture and syneresis control. It enables transparency and adds elastic texture. Also, it ensures superior shelf stability in dry mixes. GELCARIN® FF 38 is GMO free, Halal and Kosher certified. This product is available to you as it is authorised for sale in your registered country.
