Filtrase® BR-X L is a kosher and halal certified high liquid blend containing endo-1,3 (4)-a-glucanase (β-glucanase) and fungal highly termostable endo-1,4-a-xylanase (hemicellulase), derived from a selected strain of Talaromyces emersonii and Disporotrichum dimorphosporum. It reduces the viscosity and improves filterability of wort and beer after mashing. Standardised acitivity: > 6000 BGF/g.
