FERMOPURE® is WACKER’s brand name for natural L-cystine and purely vegan L-cysteine. The company offers the first plant-based L-cysteine that works as a highly efficient dough conditioner. L-Cysteine and L-cystine are also valuable ingredients for infant formulas. Apart from that WACKER's L-cysteine and L-cystine serve as a building block for meaty and savory flavours that are suitable for vegetarian, even vegan, kosher and halal applications.
