Delvo®Plant ALT is a kosher and halal certified liquid bacterial α-amylase (alpha-amylase) from Bacillus subtilis. It is used to produce plant-based cereal/ starch-based drinks (such as oat and rice) for liquidation of starch to dextrin. Create solubility and optimal mouthfeel. Recommended in a wide variety of applications e.g.: food and beverage. Standardised acitivity: > 1275000 ALTU/g. Also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
