Delvo®Guard 301 contains nature-based preservative cultures that are metabolically active specifically against yeast and mould in cottage cheese, soft cheese, plain & sweetened yogurt, and sour cream. Composition: Lactobacillus rhamnosus. Does not interfere with sensory characteristics. Clean label preservation solution. The DSM DELVO®GUARD protective cultures have been selected and tested on their bioprotective properties to provide strong control of spoilage by eukaryotic micro-organisms, without compromising the texture and mouthfeel of the product.
