Delvo®Cid+ 07107 is a kosher and halal certified liquid formulation of the natural mold and yeast inhibitor, natamycin (E325), produced via the natural process of fermentation by the soil micro-organism Streptomyces natalensis. This natural preservative offers cheese surface protection against a broad range of yeasts and molds of natural ripened semi hard and hard cheeses. It improves stability in suspensions, and has been specifically designed for a salty environment like brine bath. Prevents decantation guaranteed over 24 hours. Benefits: ease-in-use; optimal control of yeasts and molds in brine bath during 24 hours of production; homogeneous protection from top to bottom of brine bath tank; and prevents microbial contamination of the cheese during brining, reducing microbiological defects during the ripening.
