DRIED CREAM EXTRACT (38186) is a kosher and halal certified cream extract produced by liberating the fatty acids in fresh cream, then encapsulating into a water soluble powder by spray drying with maltodextrin. Concentrated dairy cream flavour, and mouthfeel improver and flavour-masking. One pound/kilo yields the flavour strength of approximately 80 pounds/kilos of cream. No colour or preservatives added. Recommended in a wide variety of applications e.g.: dairy richness and mouthfeel to toppings, icings, frozen desserts, dessert mixes, coffee whiteners, sauces and soups. Mask off-flavours in meats and nutritional beverages.
