CREAM PLUS® VANILLA (66881) is produced by liberating the fatty acids in fresh cream, then encapsulating into a water soluble powder by spray drying with maltodextrin. Complimented with natural vanilla flavour. One pound/kilo yields the flavour strength of approximately 80 pounds/kilos of cream. No colour or preservatives added. Potential uses: Adds richness with dairy and vanilla flavours. Excellent in confectionery items, dessert mixes, coffee creamers. Usage level: 0.2 - 1.0% of total batch weight.
