CHEESE BUDS® ROMANO (38190) is a kosher and halal certified natural cheese concentrate with a romano profile; natural cheese flavour enhancer prepared from enzyme modified cheese spray dried with whey solids and maltodextrin. Potential Uses: enhance cheese flavour and/or reduce cheese solids level in: sauces, spreads, soups, snack seasonings, baked and extruded snacks, pasteurized processed cheese products and bakery. Usage level: 0.25 - 2.0% of total batch weight.
